@Misspoppett Sky TV ~ To remove part of your package you’ll need to contact Sky giving the required notice of 31 days.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave (Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI). UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm). ROI customer ~ it’s only by ringing or writing in.
If you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.

You need to call them. I just did, it only took a few minutes to do. Get the number through the links.
And as previously said, you give them 31 days notice. They will also tell you if there are any cancellation penalties ( i had none ) and tell you what your next bill amount will be.
Hopefully the customers have sorted it now. The last query was 4 months ago.

You go into your sky account and select your current package, from there you can deselect items. Also you can contact Sky and speak to someone and discuss your options.
Not sure what you mean by this but how to cancel the package has been answered in the posts above as we are customers here who help each other.
