Waiting for engineer to fix no signal issue but now we have no apps or downlods
Weve recently encountered a no satellite service with Sky Q. it's taken almost a month for an engineer to come again.
Now we have not been able to acces apps, downloads as everything is stating no signal. Yet this should still work irrespective of the signal.
Also looking in the settings we see the Sky mini box which it states needs a valid subscription. From my account everything looks ok with the subscriptions.
Any ideas how to get apps back?

@DANNO75 The apps and access to downloads will eventually stop if the box isn't getting a signal, there is no way around that.

DANNO755 the Sky Q box needs to receive a signal from the satellite every few weeks to keep working otherwise it will completely stop working with no access to anything
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Thanks for the reply. Sky stated that I have access to all those, until a satellite signal is reinstated. Now we have one main box and two mini bricks. With the mini box stating MR104 error.
Im so done with Sky. 2 months and counting of no TV yet they continue to bill.
