What for an Unicable LNB is Compatible with SKY Q.
The Wideband LNBs are all with H/V output, and i have just One Cable.. No more possible. and not Wanted!
I have not the Space for an Multiswitch and a lot of cables.
So i want a Unicable SCR LNB.
MY SCR LNB is not Compatible..
Wrong Frequencies.
Channel 1: 1210 MHz Channel 2: 1420 MHz Channel 3: 1680 MHz Channel 4: 2040 MHz.

As your SKY Q box is not part of an active SKY Q subscription, there is a very high chance that your SKY + subscription card and/or a non returned SKY Q box will not work together
As I think your original post infers, the Wideband setting in SKY Q needs both cables as each cable carries the separate polarisations and thus need to use SCR mode to use a single cable.
Our kind expert @Godfreyhas now replied with an option for you.
You should be aware that SCR mode LNBs will be used probably by extremely low numbers so those using them are unlikely to reply here and you need to be patient for those who are kind enough to assist.

Re: Waht SCR LNB for SKY Q?
@Maniatore2006 The only source that I can find for this LNB is fortunajersey.com
It is now quite a long time since it was generally available, but this retailer might still be able to order one for you.
Godfrey.
Edit, this LNB is configured to provide the specific set of 'User Bands' required by a Sky Q receiver
If I remember correctly a Sky+ HD receiver uses the EN50494 SCR User Band protocol, so this LNB is unlikely to suit your Sky+ HD receiver
User Bands provided by a TRIAX TDCSS 024 Gold, DCSS LNB, suitable for a Sky+HD receiver.
So which receiver do you intend your new SCR LNB to feed in the future, Sky Q or Sky+HD.

Your Tag line says ex-SKY customer.
If you are an ex customer, please may I ask what box you are using to work with the SCR LNB

Re: Waht SCR LNB for SKY Q?
Just be be clear:
You have a Sky Q subscription
You have a main Sky Q box on loan from Sky
You have a single cable between dish and box rather than a twin cable
You have access to the dish to swap LNBs (or can have someone else do this)
It's an individual dish rather than a communal one
Is that correct?

Re: Waht SCR LNB for SKY Q?
@Maniatore2006 If the dish is acessible a Hybrid LNB would be cheaper you can use that with both Sky Q (Wideband) and Sky+HD boxes?

Re: Waht SCR LNB for SKY Q?
@Maniatore2006 The simplest way would be to install a WIDEBAND LNB on the satellite dish, then feed the two outputs into a Johansson 9725 adaptor, which comes in a waterproof housing, installed on the back of the satellite dish, to provide a Single Cable Router (SCR) feed down one coaxial cable to your Sky Q receiver, configured to use SCR LNB mode.

Re: Waht SCR LNB for SKY Q?
I'm confused, the OP has a SkyQ box they've had for years, presumably then there was a contract with Sky but the SkyQ box wasn't returned. They also have a contract for Sky TV however the satellite feed isn't compatible?
Surely if a new contract with Sky has been setup then a compatible dish being fitted is part of that contract?
Or am I missing something here?

Re: Waht SCR LNB for SKY Q?
Not in my Case, i have renewed my Contract, but with the Existing,
SKY+ HD Box. And from one to an othet day i had lost my Pairing, And New Paring does not Work.
So i thought i just can use the SKY Q i alreday have.
And Paired the Card With That, Success, but now i need also an new LNB for that.
The SKY+ box i have, is from 2014... and that is also shown under my Sky.

Re: Waht SCR LNB for SKY Q?
@Maniatore2006 If you have an existing Sky minidish then I suggest that you source a genuine Sky EL029 Wideband LNB and insert the LNB 'SKEW' peg into the appropriate notch in the Sky dish feedarm.
