So the past 3 days the internet connection has been getting lost on the Sky Q box, now it can't even find the Wi-Fi router....
I've reset the box and router many times now. Nothing is working....
the hub is in the same room as the box also, can't connect through Ethernet tho as it won't reach....
any ideas?

Under the Q box's network settings is Virginmedia still showing?
Are you currently a virginmedia subscriber?
Have you checked for any broadband outages with VM?
