Ok, you'll need to call Sky as it seems the slot isn't working correctly. Only a reasonable push should be required assuming the card isn't damaged.
Remember to remove the card when swapping the box and unfortunately you'll lose all your recordings.

If the viewing card is physically popping out you may need a new box rather than a card... (On the basis it's inserted correctly)
Can you not put some tape over it to stop it popping out? (This will be much easier than a box swap)

Thanks but it takes a really firm push to get it back in so I doubt tape would hold it!
