Viewing card not working. I have re inserted the card and still not working
Every couple of days it says I need to insert viewing card. I re insert and re boot and it works for a couple of days and then goes again. How do I request a replacement card.

You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
