Viewing card no longer working Sky Q

My viewing card has stopped working with Sky Q, can't record or watch my channels I've got subscriptions to. 

Getting a message telling me to insert the card but it's already in. 

Tried all the suggested tips, reseting the box, removing and reinserting the card, checking wires ect.
