Viaplay channel freezing/poor signal

Hi

 

I'm finding my Viaplay channel freezing occasionally and then showing a blue screen with a signal fault warning, all other channels seem ok

 

I've checked my signal and it suggests good with the following numbers  :-

 

Signal strength -50

Signal quality -90

 

Is the above figures normal ?

Anybody come across this issue and have any suggestions/fixes ?

Strength is quite low and no issues here on Viaplay - I suggest you call Sky to arrange a visit. It may just be a slightly mis-aligned dish which could only be an issue on a few of you usual channels.
