I moved my broadband to someone other than sky and now my sky q box is almost unusablely slow with the internet. Can barely download at episode of something to watch.
I have tried the advice I've seen with regards to resetting the box and the router. I've also had an engineer out and gotten a new box. The internet is faultless with my other devices and works very quickly. It is only with the sky q boxes, including the new one that this issue exists.

Hi @Mike1712
No idea what you have done when you say resetting the devices.
Did You complete the following?
First reset your broadband router.
On 3rd party broadband and your router does not have a reset button, reboot it by disconnecting the power lead for 30 secs and then reconnecting.
Wait until the router is completely back and running and then try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router
On 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.
If you still have issues do you have the possibility to connect your main Q box by Ethernet to your router?

Yeah that's all been tried before and after changing my sky q box. I did the reset process in the exact order you described. An ethernet connection is impractical with the location of my router and sky box.
This problem is new to me as everything worked fine until the day before yesterday.

Assume you have checked that the Q box is on the latest Software @Mike1712

Yeah I've double checked that as well.
It just seems like the box won't let me get over 30 Mbps
