How do I make a formal complaint to Sky. Been a Sky customer for many years, recently I have what I can say is shocking shocking customer service.
I asked when speaking to a customer service person if I could raise my issue as a complaint, she didn't know the procedure not sure it will be raised. Been on my Sky to see if I can do it online can't find anything to point me in any direction.
Mot good at all, can't speak to any one in authority very frustrated.
