Upgrading from SkyHD box to Sky Q

Currently using a Sky HD box, with a basic package and box sets. Thinking of switching to a sky Q box.... but can't see if there's an extra cost involved. 
using it with a Sony Bravia TV so we get some APS on that, but not ITVX which we can't get on the HD box either.

Sky will want to sell you the 'VIP Upgrade' which 'has no up-front-cost' but does include a mandatory Q Mini box, and so triggers the Multiscreen subscription supplement.

Your best bet is to phone up and insist on paying no more each month than you are now, and no 'set-up' or 'administration' fees either.  They may not go for this, but it's in their interest to get people off Sky+ in the long run.
