Upgraded to sky cinema but says I need to upgrade my subscription

Upgraded to sky cinema this morning but when we try to play a film it says I need to upgrade my subscription. We have tried it on all formats and it says the same. It works on sky go just not on the sky q box. I have unplugged the box multiple times anything else I can try before calling sky?

@DaniK1 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
