Upgrade my Sky Q TV box

I am responding to a letter I received from you on 3rd November offering me an upgrade to a Sky Q TV box for no extra cost, and would like to book an installation please.

We are fellow customers here. You'll need to call the dedicated 0333 number on the letter.

I have tried to phone 3 times, but am going round in circles, it is not as simple as the letter states 😞

We had earlier reports of calls to that number pointing customers towards the Community forum which we've reported to Sky. There appears to have been a large uptake on this offer. You coukd try the normal Sky numbers but again, we've been told the lines are busier than usual. 

If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum.
