Upgrade but already subsctibe

We subscribe to Sky and are suddenly getting a message to upgrade the account in order to access channels. But we have the subscriptions and it's been working  fine for year and we've been viewing and recording until this past week. 

Any help would be appreciated

Are you trying to view content in HD or UHD without the required add-ons?

No,  everything is paid for. It was writing this morning and now it has suddenly stopped. Tried all the troubleshooting guides but no luck. I can view it on the app but not on the TV.

It is odd because I van watch it online or on the app but not on the TV?

hi @Grahampb 

 

The first thing, I suggest, is to power down restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

If that doesn't cure it then try re-freshing the viewing card :

Main Menu -> Settings -> System Info  scroll across to the viewing card & click on 'setup'

Then click on the button (the whole message) which ends 'Use this option to trigger a callback' 

This isn't a call back as such but initiates a refresh of the viewing card - Note this  could take a few minute, or many hours or even a day or so

 

May I ask what programme & channel  you are having problems with ?

Can you view any of the other Sky Sports channels?

@Grahampb I know you say you have all the subscriptions do you have the UHD subscription ?
