Changed my bt router and now my 3 smart tvs on multi room find it difficult to connect and access sky on demand sky cinema and even delays occur in accessing the tv guide , there is nothing wrong with the internet signal/strength as if I access Netflix through the smart tv apps it works perfectly, it's only sky access that's the issue, I have rebooted the router turned off all sky boxes etc but still the problem exists

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe Q system uses its own mesh network to communicate - 5GHz channel 36.
The change of router may now be clashing.
The main Q box can only connect via 2.4GHz.
Ensure your new router configuration avoids ch 36 (by as much as possible).

How do I change the router channel so it avoids channel 36? Where do I do this?
