Update subscription to HD even though i have the add on
I have the Sky HD add on but since this evening I can't watch any downloaded HD content or any HD channels as I don't have the subscription. I have checked my package & nothing has changed so must be a glitch

Hi @Martin4330 Have you tried rebooting your Sky Q Main box?
