if the problem is a No Satellite Signal then may I suggest you undo the Satellite Cables and, although a bit difficult to check, check that there are no fine strands of the out sheathing copper touching the central core wire.
Also double check that the central core wire has not broken short
then try re-seating the cables and powering back on

Maybe note that in a property previously cabled for Sky+ HD Multiroom, relocating a main Q box to a different room typically doesn't work because only one cable pair remains connected at the dish end once the LNB is changed during initial Q installation: this would generate a 'no satellite signal' message on-screen.
