Unable to watch sky cinema on demand even with full sky package

Recently recontracted and now unable to watch sky cinema on demand even though i have full sky package uhd , hd, sports literally everything. We have always been able to watch before and i can even download on the sky go app to my phone but when i try to send it to sky box or download on the sky q boxes i get the message about i need to upgrade my subscription. Has anyone had this problem before?

Hi @DB2586 

Have you checked that your package still contains Sky Cinema and the UHD Add on.

You can check this in your Q box in the Home menu under My Sky

@DB2586 Can you watch the Cinema channels live?

Yer literally everything works apart from cinema on demand. I can use it on skygo app just not the q boxes

@DB2586 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
