Unable to watch any sky movies all over channels are ok Just getting broken picture and sound Have restarted my Q box still the same It has been like this all day

Could be a slight misalignment of the satellite dish.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
