Hello, this problem is beginning to wear me down, I have Sky Q and I am unable to watch Discovery plus. I have spent 4 days and spoke to no less than a dozen Sky agents who just pass me from dept to another dept as they are incapable of sorting this problem. I have had my Sky account reset and linked to my home account, with new passwords, I have had the apps updated and had to wait the full 24 hours to update, ( on 2 occasions ). I have had my Sky box software updated, switched of my Sky box and router more times than I can count. I can log in to Discovery Plus, input the relevant code ( and or QR code ) get on to the main discovery Plus page without any problems, but when I come to watch a programme, I get the following error message. Is there anyone out there who can help as of yet no one a Sky has been of any help or value, very very poor service from them

Spent nearly 4 hours today on a chat with a so called Sky expert to try to resolve my problem with not being able to watch Discovery plus, after giving all the relevant details, I gave the account details, login details, screenshots, and details of both my Sky and Discovery accounts.which I have done on numerous times before on the phone to Sky,
This sky agent ended the chat no doubt due to is inability to rectify the fault, there seems to be a lot of problems with people with sky q who cannot watch discovery + although they are paying for as part of there package. I have not had this abysmal service from a company for many years. Its maybe time to call it a day with Sky as the customer service is kios to say the least,

thanks as you have previously informed me of this and after a 4 hour on line chat where the operative was unable to help, so his help was to disconnected the chat, I require someone with a bit of technical knowledge, its not rocket science

I'm in exactly the same boat. Have spent hours on the phone with both discovery+ and sky "experts" but they are all equally baffled by this. Each party suggests the other party must be able to resolve it, but no joy. It seems that the free discovery+ subscription has been "lost" from the account and nobody knows how to restore it without taking out a new paid for subscription.
If anyone can help, please let us know what to do....

I have exactly the same problem. I had Discovery+ now it has vanished. It asks me to ugrade my pass?
Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

Hi all, yes exactly the same problem.
It's been like this for over a year now so not holding my breath for it to be resolved. When I'm up for contract renewal I will be making a formal complaint.
Go to watch anything via sky q and get an error (see screenshot)

Discovery plus is broken here as well. Sky admitted on the phone that they have a major problem with the Discovery plus app but don't know when it will be fixed.
They have also messed up my Netflix account by downgrading it to SD with ads. That's a whole other story!

I originally got 6 months free via Vodafone for when the Olympics was on, then it was via the free 12 months on sky q....then it seemed to just stop working and have me this kind of error ever since.
I've been through all the checks to ensure it is there and set up properly (several times) and yet it still give some this error.
Anyone from Sky here willing to comment on this as it seems like a very common issue??

Is there an answer to this issue - I can watch Discovery plus on myI pad not the sports only all the other programs on the TV nothing at all and message is contact Sky
I have Sports and just cant watch any of the rugby so far very frustration

@Dick+and+Debs are you saying you pay for TNT sports but can't watch the rugby or do you only pay for Sky sports ?
