Unable to use Sky Q After reverting from Sky Stream

Hi,

 

we reverted from sky stream back to sky q yesterday due to issues with the sky stream puck.

 

however, our sky q box now only plays linear tv and for all services says "to use this service you need to upgrade your subscription". Our subscription is active but we can't record or view any apps. 

Help! Anything we can do? I've tried turning off the box at the mains and the callback on the viewing card and nothing is working.

I have the same issue and sky on the phone have been unable to resolve.

 

all I did was change the tv packages on sky a.

 

was there a resolution?
