Unable to sign up to Sky Q

Hi, 

I'm looking to get some help with signing up to Sky Q. 

When I am logged in and on the Sky website, the option for Sky Q is nowhere to be seen and the only options are Sky Stream / Sky Glass. 

Has the option to sign up for Sky Q been removed from site? If not, where could I find the sign up process?

You say you're logged in, which suggests you already have a Sky ID.  If you go on the website without logging in, you should see Sky Q information.  I think the website assumes that if you already have a Sky ID, you must want to change to one of their streaming services.

Sadly, if you get nowhere online, you'll have to phone them.

At the top left of the screen there should be a menu titled TV. Click on the down arrow next to that then it should give you the option Sky Q
