When I try to record the eagle v cowboys this Friday coming it say this program cannot be recorded (on sky q box).

Anybody know why? I certainly can't watch it live.

@Drad1 Probably because the program synopsis has yet to be populated

if you highlight the program it should say program synopsis is not available in the description, until that is populated you can't set recordings

if you are still getting this error try rebooting the box

It is still not working and you cannot record highlights of any of this coming Sundays NFL games - why?

I've tried setting Sunday's games to record and it works now.

Yes. The Thursday and Sunday games are now recordable. Not sure why the highlights aren't populated with the synopsis yet.

I don't think the synopsis matters as RedZone still has no sypnopsis but can now be recorded, Yesterday it was showing the "Programme can not be recorded" message.

Yes I have rebooted the box but still cannot record any highlights games only the live games!
