Hi @MalTk   Do you have the appropriate extra subscriptions, HD and Second box? TNT Sports on Sky via BT is Main box and SD only by default.

Re: Unable to record TNT sport on SkyQ

Hmmm, I have cancelled my Sky HD service so would that prevent me recording TNT as I pay BT £18/ month for it. I can view live channels of TNT on sky but can't download or record?

Hi @MalTk   It has nothing to do with Sky HD. BT charge extra for TNT HD and to view on Mini boxes (these are included if you subscribe through Sky). Are you trying to record or download without the BT extra subscriptions. Either way, your contract for TNT Sports is with BT, so they need to fix it.

Just to clarify @MalTk, when you say you have canceled your Sky HD service, do you mean you have canceled the HD Add-on or do you mean you have canceled your Sky TV subscription completely?
