Unable to get complaint details from customer service agent
I contacted sky today as after an engineer visit i found sky sports and paramount had been added to my package without consent from me.
Had i not noticed i woukd have been charged £122 plus for this which is ridiculous.
I advised the agent that i wanted this removing and that i wanted to make a formal complaint about the practice. However, i am unable to get any details from the agent for me to be able to do that.
What has happened to Sky? They used to be a great company to deal with but now it just all seems to be a huge money making business in any way possible and damn the ethics
