Unable to get any Tv channels on sky Q for over 12 hours! I have reset the router and the sky Q box

I have reset the SKY router we have network connection but no connection thr the Sky Q box

Hi @Hello+Mark Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

@Hello+Mark  If you're not getting Live TV channel resetting the router won't help at all as the channels are delivered through your Dish

 

What message are you seeing on screen?

 

Try the steps here when you get to the end it should allow you to book  an engineer.
