Unable to connect wifi to sky Q box

Unable to connect WiFi to sky Q box.

Shows the following error on setting:

NETWORK CONNECT X

SKY GO X

WATCH ON SKY Q MINIBOX X

Followed instructions to reconnect and does not connect.

Switched power on and off as well.

WiFi works on other devises in the house.

Please advise

A few Questions

• Who is you broadband supplier?
• Do you have the Monthly Q Multiscreen subscription?
• What exactly are you doing when trying to connect your main Q box to your WiFi?
