Unable to connect to the broadband router

Trying to connect my sky Q and sky Q mini to the broadband router by holding down the WPS button. It flashes but still unable to connect. Is this due to us no longer paying £5 for the booster per month?

Tbere is no monthly charge for Sky Q WiFi boosters..

Who is your broadband supplier and if you have a QWiFi booster what is it being used to connect?
