Unable to connect to Sky Wifi

My tv/sky box was switched off for a few days during decorating. When switched back on, it has lost connection to the WiFi. 
I have gone through settings and Network connection etc. says press and hold the WPS button on the WiFi. I've done this many times abd still getting unsuccessful connection. How long should I hold the button for. I've done 30 seconds, 10 seconds and almost a minute?

Hi @MrsMiaWallace 

Carry out a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your Sky router.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

After carrying out the Network reset you have 2 minutes minutes to press the WPS button on the Sky router.   You only need to press the button until the WPS light on the router starts flashing.

Thank you. I've done it again but getting the usual Connection Unsuccessful message again. 
I did see another post you'd commented on about the hidden menu and resetting it completely so have also tried that. Nothing is working. Might need to call them.
