I am unable to connect my mini box after it has worked normally in the past. I have rebooted the router, the main Q box, and the mini box. Now the mini box does not turn on with the remote. I have to press the red light button on the mini box to get it to turn green. This gives me the screen saying step 1 of 4 to connect, and to press the central button to continue, but doing so has no effect.

Hi @bearlybear
Reset your mini remote by pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
This will set it to infrared which will work all Q boxes. However the remote must be pointed directly at the mini box.
Switch your mini box back on and you then you should be able to get past step 1 of 4.
Once you get the mini working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
