Unable to access skyQ recordings (shows “in progress”). Also cannot download on demand content.

Unable to access skyQ recordings (just always shows “in progress"). Also cannot download on demand content (message states "technical issue"). 
Managing dowloaded content also not possible, so unable to delete.
