Unable to access recordings on my TV

I am unable to access my recordings on SKY Q on my TV.  Like one of the other listings, when I try to open "recordings", it just says "please wait" with the circle turning.  Neither can I record a new programme.

Having the same issue. When I try and record it says there is an issue with the hard drive. Tried tidying up recording put just get the please wait message.
