Hi folks, we have the full Sky Q package with Ultimate TV Pack and Ultra HD and previously we had Netflix Premium through Sky.
However I received an email from Netflix saying my subscription has been downgraded to Netflix Standard.
I rang Sky and was told Netflix have changed their subscription and I would need to pay extra to get Premium even though I have Ultra HD pack. He wasn't sure exactly how much extra but said about £6 a month.
Is this correct? Doesn't seem right that Netflix Premium should be withdrawn?

Netflix changed their own subscriptions mid 2023 & SKY have decided that they could not continue with the old method of providing Netflix via their other add ons and have now intriduced specific Netflix 'Boost' add ons
AFAIK these changes only come into effect when existing deals end / renewals or people make significant other subscription changes
Have you changed other parts of your subscription or renewed recently ?
From Mid December 2023 the levels via SKY are :
Netflix (Base level) is the With Ads service - 2 Screens in HD (list cost £4)
Boost to Netflix Standard - 2 Screens in HD Ad free (list price an additional £6 thus £10 in total for Netflix)
Boost to Netflix Premium - 4 Screens up to UHD/HDR (list price an additional £11 thus £15 in total for Netflix)
P.S. The Netflix 'Other member' option available direct with Netflix is still not available via SKY
