Hi @kathy+berge I presume you subscribe to multiscreen in your SKY TV subscription?
Has the Mini box been linked to your SKYQ box before?
Has the Mini box been supplied by SKY?
If YES then:-
Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?
