UK helpline phone number to upgrade

I have broadband only I'm looking to upgrade.  Overtime I phone I get cut off put through to another person who tells me the opposite. I was told sky only do stream boxes told app free. Then told they do q boxes sky q app £5 a month. Is there a phone number to get through to customer services to find out about TV packages. I need q box not stream.

Hi @Tisme1

If you need to contact Sky best to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.
Ignore all automated messages and wait for an agent

@Tisme1   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
