sky Q box replaced after a problem now UHD is worse than HD. Engineer came and said it was a problem was our television. They were not interested to let me demonstrate just stuck with it was the telly and just coincidental that it was when the box was changed. Anybody else had engineers not interested in letting you show the problem????

hi @Peterhard59
in what worse - is it too dark ?
If so, it is possible that the new box is an HDR capable box & your old box was not. If this is the case try setting to 8bit rather 10 bit
Some TVs do not have a bright enough peak brightness to use with HLG HDR that is used by SKY (which typicallly needs a peak brightness of at least 600 nits aka cd/m2)

@Peterhard59 Which brand/model TV do you have, are you stating that HDR was fine before the box swap out?
