UHD not activating. Customer service absolutely usless

Whats going in with Sky. Im paying for UHD but when i try to downlaod a program in UHD it says i need to upgrade by pressing the red button. So i do but then i get an error saying ive already subscribed. My Sky account even says i have UHD. Phoned CS but they were terrible and no help. All they said was it was a glitch in the sustem and to check again in 7 days. 3 weeks later still nothing.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
