Hi, I wonder if anyone can help please. In the recent bad weather (heavy rain) I have found my Sports UHD and in fact the Sky Sports channels showing live events have had the picture glitch followed by the blue screen & not available message until the rain eases off a little. If I swicth my Q box to BBC or ITV channels they are fine, even in heavy rain, so does this mean that the higher frequency channels are more sensitive to rain or does that have absloutley nothing to do with it ?

hi @Lee+Curtis
Yes, of course, UHD channels are more susceptable as they require round 4 times the data than HD.
After that some HD channels may be using slightly lower bit rate than others.
Also some channels may also be slighter weaker as they are transmitted from the (three) Satellites
