Tv pictures fuzzy

All 4 tvs connected to sky have a fuzzy picture and sky boxes are slow to respond have tried cutting the power to reboot but still the same?

Have you checked the cables connecting to the Sky boxes are tight enough? Any error message coming with that issue?
