Tv not working, just get black screen, can’t connect to Wi-Fi

Tv not working. Just get a black screen and when press remote nothing happens. 
when restart the tv from the plug it says can't connect to Wi-Fi but Wi-Fi is working on my phone. Then tv goes black and nothing happens
