Tv muted through new jvc soundbar

Got new Oled tv and then got jvc sounbar, sky came through soundbar for 2 days and has now muted?

Have you checked with the Soundbar remote that the Audio has not inadvertently muted?

Yes  changed setting to normal on sky and works.
