Tv and broadband cutting out

My sky tv keeps cutting out every day on every channel! My internet broadband is freezing Constabulary to ! I have tried to reset it all tv and broadband and it still comes back the same! I have restarted it all and I have video evidence for it all to tv ect i am fuming! I am not paying for this terrible service!!! Please contact me ASAP!

This is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here and they won't contact you directly. Please provide more information 

what times of day/night? 

what are your standby settings set to?
have you rung Sky and reported these problems?
