Trying to watch programs on paramount and it keeps on buffering.. is this a broadband problem?

Programsare buffering while trying to watch them. More so on the second box. I'd this a broadband issue?

Supposed to be full fibre from sky

Could also be down to poor connectivity @redders2202 

If you have Netflix on your main Q box you can check your Q box broadband speed in the Netlix Get Help menu.
