Trying to watch catch up or demand on U

I am trying to watch several programmes on UW but I keep getting that I need to upgrade. I choose SD on a certain programme and am allowed to watch yet another programme choosing SD it will not let me. 

Any Idea how to resolve it.  W ...now UW programmes are some of my favourites and if I am prevented from watching them then looking to cancel.

Try changing  your  default download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
