hi @Needsomehelp555 

 

Is it possible you have downloaded a HD version without having the HD add on ?

 

If so probably best to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(you might need to delete the existing download fisrt before re-downloading)
