Trying to speak to person at sky

How to get a sent  incorrect  sky  remote   replaced with sky Q box voice remote  as I don't seem to be able to speak to a person your customer  service  is   terrible  at  best

We're a customer Community, rather than Sky customer services. Give Sky a call. You may be able to find the number to call, via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home

hi @David6821 

 

Just out of interest which remote were you sent - was it an accessibility remote ?

 

If not I would be very surprised if it is not a voice remote as SKY stopped making the non voice ones many years ago
