Trying to download from on demand, it just keeps saying queued. Ive updated the software,

Trying to download from on demand and just keep getting a note to say its queued, checked speed, software  every looks good

@Lillysam check that there is not a download that says failed in your recordings section and also in your deleted section if there is is delete it from recording and/or from the deleted section reboot your box then try downloading again
