I have been trying to downgrade my Sky Q package for 6 months. I have used the Virtual Assistant, but they sent me to the downgrade link. This means calling a "human" but I do not get a human. I gave the details requested by the automated service and then asked what I would like to downgrade to. I tell them then I a message saying thanks is given and disconnected. I have tried this in many different ways. All I want to do is take off ALL the sports channels not just Sports Cricket. I have used the sky app on my phone to downgrade, (this was in month one) I spoke to an Indian man the one time I DID speak to a human in month two. I could not understand him so asked him to speak slower because I found his accent too thick to understand. When we were able to communicate he told me that if I downgraded through the skyapp then it will have down graded. NOPE I am still able to watch ALL Sky Sports and my bill is now £150 a month..... I CAN NOT AFFFORD THAT.
I have restricting mobility issues with a a lot of pain, this is causing me anxiety issues because I want to downgrade.
Does anyone have the answer?
