Trouble getting rid of voices describing what is happening to the program being viewed

Currently viewing BBC1 and a voice is describing what is happening on the program. I do not have problems with hearing or vision and do not need this voice talking throughout. This annoying voice is occurring on many of my channels and sky channels. I have looked in the All settings and other informations but cannot turn it off

Hi @Ziggy10   I assume you are talking about Audio Description. You can change the default in the accessibility settings or simply use the voice command "audio description off". You can make a temporary change using the "?" button.
