Trouble connecting WiFi to skyq box

Up to about a week ago no problem connecting my WiFi (not sky WiFi) to my sky Q box then it won't connect went through the system put in my password again but won't connect for me my WiFi is working fine can connect to my iPhone no problem but not my Q box any suggestions on how to correct this issue

Try a network reset in the installer menu (hover on settings and hit 001 Select)
